All products are covered by a 2-year warranty. For products that do not require installation, the warranty period begins on the invoice date; for products requiring installation, it begins upon completion of authorized installation. Warranty coverage includes free on-site repair, service center repair, spare part replacement, or product replacement when required.
Spare parts are available for a minimum of 10 years for all legally sold products. During the warranty period, spare parts are provided free of charge when covered. After the warranty period or outside warranty coverage, spare parts are supplied at an additional cost.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for used products. To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be unused and in their original packaging. The return period for unused products is 14 days from the delivery date. Returns are collected by our authorized service teams from the specified address. Return requests should be arranged through our Customer Service team, as products sent via cargo are not accepted.
